WHAT IS THE COMPOSITION OF BETACRYL ® Pure Acrylic Stone?
The material is made of approximately two-thirds aluminum hydroxide (in nature it occurs as a mineral gibbsite and as part of aluminum ore, bauxite – a white amorphous powder without taste and odor, is one of the most stable aluminum compounds), one third of acrylic resin (binder) and natural dyes. Aluminum hydroxide gives a certain resistance to the product, while acrylic resin ensures water resistance and color stability over time.
